Answer

Yes, but only online through Westlaw Canada.

You can use the 'find' option to load the decision without having to through the usual steps of searching the databes. By entering the citation and selecting 'go' your case will be displayed in full.



If you don't have an citaction for the case you use their database to locate it:



"U.S. Federal Materials -> Cases -> Federal and State Cases Organized by State -> Oregon.
