How will I be notified about my interlibrary loan request?

Answer

We will email you:

  • to confirm your request was submitted successfully
  • to tell you when an item has arrived and is available for pick-up at the loan desk
  • with a web link to the article you requested, or
  • if we have to cancel your request - i.e. when we have been unable to fill your request or meet your need-by-date

Please use your UVic email account when placing an interlibrary loan request. If you do not regularly check your UVic email, you can forward your email address to an account you regularly use.
