Answer

The library user who borrows the laptop is responsible for any damage or theft of the laptop, so please do not leave the laptop unattended at any time!

Laptops not returned within 24 hours will be assumed lost and in addition to the maximum late fee, a replacement cost of $2500.00 will be charged to the user’s account.

If the laptop is reported damaged, lost, or stolen, a fee of up to $2500.00 will be assessed. By signing the "Laptop Borrower Agreement", you acknowledge fiscal responsibility for the laptop you have checked out.
