Can I find results of a recent case tried in Victoria online?

Answer

Yes you can.  The Provincial Court of British Columbia is the first level of court in BC and it hears criminal, family, child protection, small claims and traffic cases.  If the judgment is written and the judge approves posting, the case be found on the Provincial Court's website.

The Supreme Court of British Columbia hears civil and criminal cases as well as appeals from the Provincial Court.  You can search the court's website for judgments.

If these two options fail I suggest you try The Canadian Legal Information Institute or Google to see if an online source has reported on the case.
