Answer

CanLII is an excellent resource, entirely reliable for what it offers.  

 

With complete case coverage from the 90s onwards and with some Supreme Court of Canada dating back to 1907 (with partial Supreme Court of Canada coverage from before 1907).

 

CanLII also offers complete coverage of current federal and provincial legislation with point-in-time comparisons.
