I need a BC Supreme Court decision which hasn't been reported yet but is supposed to be available through the court registry, can you help me?

Answer

Judgements are available online via the B.C. Supreme Court website.

Also the Courthouse Libraries B.C. has an index of unreported decisions.  Another option is to check Quicklaw and Westlaw as they have some select unreported cases.

If those options fail you will need to contact the relevant Court Registry.  After determining where the case was heard you can contact the Court Registry in that location.  Here is a list of court locations and contacts.
