Can I remove my ETD from UVicSpace?

Answer

For thesis/dissertation (ETDs) created after 2005, the UVic Partial Copyright license covers inclusion in an open repository. Therefore all ETDs from 2006 onward are in UVicSpace.  Some older theses and dissertations are digitized on request from another library. We make every effort and use due diligence to contact the author to ask for permission to digitize their ETD. If it is not possible to contact the author, we submit the ETD to UVicSpace on their behalf. The author always has the right to ask that their ETD be removed from the collection, if the ETD was created prior to 2006.  Please contact etd@uvic.ca
