Airphotos (photography taken from an airplane) of places on Vancouver Island, and Greater Vancouver, are housed in the Maps & GIS section (main floor of McPherson Library). See Finding Air Photos.  For the most recent imagery of Victoria region, see the CRD's online atlas.
