Q. A book record in the catalogue says "Received" but has no call number. How can I get the book?
You can come to the Main Loan Desk and request that a Rush request be placed for the book.
If the book has been received and is in the library, we will be able to catalogue it and assign a call number to it, so that you can check it out.
Staff at the desk can advise you further, as in some cases, the book may not be available.
