Can distance students borrow a thesis from a university outside of Canada?

We will try to borrow any thesis you request though an interlibrary loan, but whether or not it is sent is at the discretion of the lending library.
If we are unable to supply a thesis you need, you may see if it is available for purchase through University Microforms International (UMI) or Proquest Dissertations and Theses. As the full text of many current dissertations and theses are available in digital repositories, however, first try searching for the title on Google or Google Scholar.
