What are archives?
Answer
Archives are unpublished records, documents and other material. The University of Victoria Archives include the University's institutional archives; private archives of individuals and organizations from the University community; private archives documenting the history of the Pacific west coast region relating primarily to environmental studies, women's studies, arts and culture, and political affairs.
