The Lawyer Referral Service is free program that will put you in touch with a lawyer.
By briefly explaining the type of problem you have the service will give you the name and contact of a lawyer to help you. After you arrange an appointment and explain you were refereed by the Lawyer Referral Service you will be given a 30 minute interview and charged $25 plus taxes.
The meeting is usually to outline whether you have a legal problem, what specifically is involved, how long a resolution should take and how much it should cost.
