How can I edit my submission in UVicSpace?

I need to change my name entry and my submitted file. How can I do that?

Answer

Before your submission to UVicSpace is archived, the software allows you to edit your submission in various ways depending on what fields you want to edit.  For metadata fields, like names and keywords, you can delete entries and add new ones.  Similarly you can add and remove files.  For titles and abstracts, you can edit the words in the text boxes on the screen.  See the attached document for a step by step explanation.

After a submission has been accepted and archived, only UVicSpace Administrators can change metadata and files.
