What do I do if I lose a book?
Answer
If you lose a book, please report it immediately to the appropriate loan desk (Ask Us Desk or InterLibrary Loan Desk at the McPherson Library, or the Law Library Circulation Desk).
Borrowers will be charged the cost of replacement, a $30.00 processing fee and applicable overdue fines.
An item with an overdue penalty of $20.00 will be assumed lost and a replacement bill will be issued.
Questions about lost items and fines can be asked at the Ask Us Desk or the Law Library Loan Desk. The library fines appeal form may be found here.
